Wayne Hedrick

Wayne Hedrick was the principal flutist of the USAF Heritage of America Band for over 20 years. He has an extensive discography that is available via the major streaming platforms. He has performed and recorded with many different ensembles, including military bands, orchestras, chamber music, choirs, and as a soloist. Wayne was featured at conventions for the National Flute Association and the International World Harp Congress. He studied extensively with Carol Kniebusch Noe and he was a performer at the international masterclasses of Geoffrey Gilbert and Peter Lloyd. In addition, Wayne has attended dozens of masterclasses with world renowned flutists, including Sir James Galway and William Bennett OBE.
